If you’re fortunate enough not to be looking for a job, you probably know someone who is. Workforce Services Division of Will County has a mobile unit that travels to five sites every week to help the unemployed.
The Mobile Workforce Center boasts 11 computer stations equipped with high speed internet, providing access to online jobs listings such as Monster.com, Career Builder and Illinois workNet. Job seekers may also get help with resume development, cover letters, filling out job applications and, if needed, keyboarding lessons. Will County residents may use the facility for no charge.
The rolling resource room sets up in five communities each weekday, except holidays. Here is where you can find it:
It is at Bolingbrook IDES, 321 Quadrangle Drive, Bolingbrook, from 9:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 3:30 p.m. on Mondays.
