JTHS District 204 Named a Top Place to Work

The list was compiled by the Chicago Tribune and Workplace Dynamics; the district falls into the mid-size category.

Joliet Township High School District 204 ranked No. 22 on the Chicago Tribune's top mid-size places to work in the metro Chicago area.

The survey was done in conjunction with Workplace Dynamics, which weighed such criteria as "clued-in" managers and flexible work schedules.

It was the only Joliet workplace to make the list this year. Only one other Joliet business, Trinity Services Inc., has made the list in the three years it's been compiled.

District 204 employs 888 part- and full-time staff members. Three employees' comments were cited as part of the article:

“I am lucky to look forward to going to work everyday. I work with a wonderful team of people and a fantastic faculty. ”
“I am passionate about teaching and believe I can make a difference in students' lives.”
“I have a wonderful support system that backs me up when working with the wonderful students of District 204!”

Other area companies to be cited on the list are ATI Physical Therapy in Bolingrook, which made the list for large employers, and Aux Sable Liquid Products in Channahon, which made the list for small companies.

You need to put the correct phone number. You have 8 numbers listed instead of 7.

Maybe some new manhole lids with rubber rings to stop all the flooding of peoples houses,AndRead More actually climb down in the manhole and see if it is leaking instead of paying all of these people in Joliet getting flooded out by YOUR SANITARY System. Some paint being scrapped off the City Hall Hand Rails that will cut ya up.
