A HUD home does NOT automatically mean low-end housing.

Listen to this: 3 car garage, fireplace, brick patio, 9 foot ceilings in the basement, whirl pool tub, breakfast nook. Sound like a HUD home? It is. Many opportunities await you.

Ok, listen to this home description: Two story home with 4 bedrooms, attached 3-car garage. Huge family room with fireplace. Two and a half bathrooms. Master suite with separate shower and whirl pool tub. 9 foot ceilings and framed our basement. Basement is also roughed in for plumbing. Brick patio on the back of the house. Huge yard. Built in 2002. Over 10,000 square foot homesite.

No homeowner's association.

This is a real home. In Minooka. On the market right now. It's a HUD home. And listed for $159,000. http://www.postlets.com/repb/8464157

One of the biggest misconceptions of HUD homes is that they are low-end housing or in bad neighborhood. They are all over the place and priced way below normal market value.

A HUD home in a home acquired by the government after a FHA loan default. These homes are often sold for less than the FHA appraised value.

A financial burden quickly can be converted to an amazing opportunity.

HUD homes have programs where you can buy them for $100 down and zero closing costs with a basic FHA loan. An additional incentive without gimmicks.

There is no secret. Anyone can research these homes. Anyone can see them. There is not a secret club or website. It's all public.

If you or someone you know is looking for a home, please consider a HUD home and check out the HUD website. Amazing opportunities waiting for you.

You need to put the correct phone number. You have 8 numbers listed instead of 7.

Maybe some new manhole lids with rubber rings to stop all the flooding of peoples houses,AndRead More actually climb down in the manhole and see if it is leaking instead of paying all of these people in Joliet getting flooded out by YOUR SANITARY System. Some paint being scrapped off the City Hall Hand Rails that will cut ya up.
