Will County Circuit Clerk Pam McGuire urges residents to check online at www.willcountycircuitcourt.com for info on court hearings and forms.

Employees not on strike at the Will County circuit clerk's office will be manning courtrooms, meaning some offices will be closed and other services not available, according to a statement issued by the circuit clerk today:

Pamela J. McGuire, Will County Circuit Court Clerk, today announced “Due to the strike by AFSCME Local Union #1028 employees, ONLY the main Office of the Circuit Clerk located at 14 W. Per Chief Judge Schoenstedt, all courtrooms will remain operational and circuit clerk’s staff will be available based upon the priorities set forth by the Chief Judge.
