Will County DUI Arrests: April 13

A look at who's facing DUI charges around the area.

Bolingbrook

April 2 Lori Muhammad, 44, 13 Elm Ct., was arrested at 1:36 a.m. and charged with DUI, no insurance, improper lane usage and improper backing following a traffic stop at Hywood Lane and Kirkwood Circle, police said.

March 31 Anahy Zamora, 21, 517 White Oak Rd., was arrested at 2:47 a.m. and charged with improper lane usage, no valid drivers license, no insurance, two counts of DUI and hit and run at Kenmore Drive and NW Frontage Road, police said. 

March 30 Rachel Reilly, 30, 1903 S. Austrian Pine St., Lockport, was arrested at 3:37 a.m. and charged with DUI and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook Drive and Boughton Road, police said.

Plainfield

April 6 Lisa Decker, 43, of the 14000 block of Penn Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 8:40 p.m. at Main and Michigan streets and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug equipment and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.

April 5 Daniel Peruski, 23, of the 1-100 block of Schomer Lane, Plano, was arrested by Plainfield police at 12:57 a.m. in the 12000 block of South Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.

Romeoville

April 7 Colleen McGee, 52, of the 900 block of Ontario, Romeoville, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. at Normantown and Town Hall Drive and on an in-state warrant and charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended licence, according to police.

April 1 Cristina Hoffman, 30, of the 1400 block of Golden Bell Court, Downers Grove, was arrested at midnight at Route 53 and University Parkway and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of cannabis, improper lane use, speeding and following too close, police said.

April 1 Allison Byrne, 22, of the 200 block of Coral Reef Court, Romeoville, was arrested at 1:06 a.m. at Belmont and Montrose drives and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic device and driving an uninsured vehicle, police said.

March 31 Wayne Gifford, 40, of the 23000 block of Francine Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Romeoville police at 1:29 a.m. at Route 53 and Taylor Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, aggravated fleeing, driving on a revoked license, driving an uninsured vehicle, disobeying a stop sign, failure to signal, improper lane use, speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol and resisting officers, according to police.

March 25 Servando Garza, 53, of the 1400 block of Home Avenue, Berwyn, was arrested by Romeoville police at 3:46 a.m. at Weber and Gaskin and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended licnes,e driving an uninsured vehicle and improper lane use, police said.

March 24 Jan Cifonie, 70, of the 1000 block of Birch Lane, Romeoville, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. at Birch Lane and Berkley Drive and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without lights, fleeing/eluding a peace officer and driving without a license, police said.

March 17 Luiz Martinez, 26, of the 400 block of Hamrick Avenue, Romeoville, was arrested at 5:46 a.m. in the 200 block of Murphy Drive and charged with driving under the influence, hit and run, improper lane use, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and leaving the scene of an accident involving injury, police said.

Joliet

April 9 Mark F. Storcz, 23, 956 Natoma, Joliet, arrested by the Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail on April 9 on charges of aggravated driving under the influcence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08, transporting/carrying alcoholic liquor, driving on a revoked/suspended license and failure to reduce speed.

April 7 Jose G. Conejo-Gutierrez, 29, 526 Algonquin, Joliet, arrested by the Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail on April 7 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and improper traffic lane usage. 

April 6 Daniel J. Moreno, 57, 1021 Murphy Drive, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on April 6 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

April 5 Taylor Briann Malito, 19, 215 Emery, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on April 5 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to notify the DMG of an an unattended motor vehicle, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper traffic lane usage.
