Two Hurt in I-55 Crash Near Route 30
Two people were being taken to area hospitals to be checked out, officials said.
Two vehicles were involved in a rear-end crash at around 6 p.m. on I-55 southbound near Route 30, Plainfield Deputy Fire Chief Jon Stratton said.
Shortly after 6 p.m., Stratton said a second ambulance had been called to the scene. He said two people were being taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
