There was this one woman who allegedly slashed her boyfriend's face with a razor and also got his daughter's arm.

A woman slashed her boyfriend's face with a razor and cut his daughter's arm when she tried to intervene, said.

Lacarra Wagner, 22, of 614 Whitley Ave. was jailed on charges of aggravated battery and aggravated domestic battery in connection with the Wednesday night incident at her boyfriend's home.

The law learned of the alleged attack after checking on two patients being treated for stab wounds at Silver Cross Hospital.

Wagner agreed to come to the police station to discuss the incident with officers about 11 a.m. Thursday, police said. After she did she was arrested and taken to the .

Both the 36-year-old boyfriend and his 16-year-old daughter needed stitches to close their wounds, police said.

Something rotten in Camelot

Thieves stole things from four unlocked cars parked in the Camelot subdivision on Saturday.

The cars were parked on Guinevere Lane, Lancelot Lane and Merlin Court. The crooks made off with golf clubs, cell phone chargers, cigarettes, lighters, cash and a stereo, police said.

Expensive swim

Two men were ripped off while they were swimming in the river near Canal and Shepley Roads.

The two men, 24 and 27, reportedly parked a Pontiac Sunbird convertible at Canal and Shepley so they could go swimming.

When they got back, the men discovered their wallets were missing, according to the . The sheriff's department neglected to mention whether the car was locked or left unlocked, like those ones in Camelot.

Both wallets contained credit cards, police said. One of the men lost $30 cash and the other one is out $8.
