Luckey, 49, 357 Mississippi, , arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on charges of obstructing justice: destroying evidence, fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving on a revoked/suspended license, resisting/obstructing a peace officer and domestic battery.

Tommy J. Hamilton-Ellis, 19, 51 E. 159th St., South Harlem, N.Y., arrested by the and booked into the Will County jail on July 7 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Parnell L. Samuels, 21, 324 Water, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on July 6 on charges of manufacture/delivery of 15 to 100 grams of cocaine, unlawful use of weapons and driving on a revoked/suspended license.

Jakiea S. Holman, 25, 110 Nicholson, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on July 6 on charges of aggravated domestic battery and aggravated assault.

Kevin McDonald, 46, 3105 Heritage Drive, Joliet, arrested by the Channahon Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on July 6 charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a revoked/suspended license, driving above the speed limit, ignition lock device and improper lane usage.

Justin Turnell Chandler, 24, 202 Belmont, Rockdale, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on July 8 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
