It's all juveniles today, and the kids aren't all right, police said.

Four teenage girls were arrested for making harassing telephone calls to another teen, said.

All four of the arrested are 17. They were taken into custody near the corner of Ottawa and McDonough streets about 9 p.m. Monday

The four girls were making the harassing, threatening calls to the other teen's cell phone, police said.

The teens were charged with harassment by telephone. Each of them was released to a parent.

A local teen wreaked havoc outside a house on Jerald Drive Monday morning.

The 17-year-old ripped out plants, tore away a downspout and destroyed landscaping lights, police said.

The teen was captured near the intersection of Cathy Drive and Christine Court. He was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property and assault, and released to the custody of a parent.
