Six new patrol officers were sworn in before being welcomed by Joliet Police Chief Brian Benton Tuesday morning.
The new officers are Luis Ayala, Timothy Shaughnessy, Cassandra Socha, Theron Lowrey, David Gillespie,and Paul Shulman.
