Joliet Man Exposed Himself to Two Small Girls, Police Say
Timothy White admitted he exposed his genitals to the children, ages 2 and 4 months, while their mother was in another room, police Cmdr. Al Roechner said.
A Joliet man who touched his penis in front of 2-year-old and 4-month-old girls while their mother was in another room was arrested by Joliet police Monday afternoon, Cmdr. Al Roechner said.
The woman told police she heard Timothy James White, 62, of 2415 Grape, making "oh, yeah" comments in the room where her daughters were and came in to see him zipping up his pants, Roechner said.
White was in the family's apartment in the 400 block of Oneida because he had been hired by the building's landlord to replace the hallway tile, he said. The woman had left her daughters in front of the television and went to another room to do laundry when the incident occurred, he said.
When interviewed by police later, White admitted he was an "exhibitionist" who takes pleasure from exposing his penis to people, Roechner said.
White was charged with exploitation of a child and is being held in the Will County jail pending a bond hearing.
