Joliet Man, 62, Killed in Hit and Run: Police [UPDATE]

Anthony Bausal was struck by a vehicle on Center Street late Saturday night.

Joliet police are investigating the hit-and-run death of a man found on a Joliet street early Sunday morning.

Police said they're looking for witnesses to a crash that killed a 62-year-old Anthony Bausal of Joliet at around 11:56 p.m. Saturday at Center Street and Frank Avenue in Joliet.

Bausal was pronounced dead at 1:35 a.m., according to the coroner's office.

As of Monday afternoon, no information was available on the suspect who struck the man, police said.
