Joliet Blotter: Failure to Register as a Sex Offender; DUI Charges

Arrests reported by Joliet police, other agencies.

Feb. 12

Travis Justin Burt, 36, of the 500 block of Hazelcrest, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, according to jail records.

Feb. 13

Jurrell L. Gilmore, 28, of the 1900 block of Moore, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

Thomas E. Bieda, 27, of the 4200 block of Jefferson Street, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of failure to report an address change.

Dion R. Clark, 26, of the 2100 block of California, Lockport, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of violating the sex offender registry and failing to register a new residence, according to jail records. According to the Illinois Department of Corrections, Clark was convicted of criminal sexual abuse of a victim between the ages of 13 and 17.

Kim Kammann, 59, of the 700 block of Osborne, Kankakee, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of domestic battery and battery, according to jail records.

Herlinda Uballe, 59, of the 100 block of Luana, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and stopping/standing/parking violations, police said.

Feb. 14

Tierra J. Thompson-Smith, 24, of the 700 block of Joliet Street, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of retail theft, driving on a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle, according to fail records.

Jose Reyes, 37, of the 100 block of Iowa in Addison, Illinois, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving on a suspended license, driving an uninsured vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol and obstructed front windshield, according to jail records.
