Joliet Blotter: Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, DUI, Battery

Arrests reported by Joliet police, other agencies.

Feb. 26

Joseph Radich, 30, of the 200 block of Madison Street, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, police said.

Feb. 27

Kenneth G. Edwards, 21, of the 900 block of McKinley, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of violating an order or protection, domestic battery, unlawful restraint and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, police said.

John Shouse, 38, of the 300 block of Center Street, Joliet, was arrested by Frankfort police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of residential burglary and parole violation, according to jail records.

Calvin Williams, 50, of the 300 block of Grover, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving 1-10 mph over the limit and driving on a revoked license, police said.

Derrick Williams, 35, of the 600 block of Cass Street, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of failure to register as a sex offender and being a child sex offender living within 500 feet of a playground, police said.

Feb. 28

Daniel J. Johnson, 21, of the 100 block of York, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of manufacture/delivery of 10-30 grams of cannabis, possession of 10-30 grams of cannabis, driving an uninsured vehicle, no valid registration and driving on a revoked or suspended license, police said.
