Joliet Blotter: DUI, Drugs, Domestic Battery

Joyce Caesar, 26, of the 600 block of Third Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the county jail on a charge of interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, police said.

Vilmer Chavez, 23, of the 100 block of Hobbs, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and registration light violation, police said.

Jorge Martinez, 42, of the 600 block of Virginia, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail no charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property, according to jail records.

Scot R. Meneese, 43, of the 1400 block of Pine Bluff, Morris, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, according to jail records.
