Michael Carson, 59, of the 1300 block of Arthur, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to jail records.Roosevelt McCullum, 58, of the 400 block of Douglas Street, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of manufacture/delivery of 30-500 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
