Joliet Blotter: Cops Say Stoned Driver Attempted to Elude Police

April 16

Joseph F. Brow, 27, of the 4200 block of Mound Road, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

Timothy Wyse, 27, of the 5200 block of Route 52 in Minooka was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving under the influence of a drug, disregarding a stop sign, fleeing/attempting to elude police, improper use of turn signal, disregarding a traffic-control device, reckless driving, resisting a peace officer and improper lane use, according to jail records.

April 15

Martin Bahena, 20, of the 700 block of Marion, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on a charge of burglary, police said.

Nicholas Alan Garcia, 22, of the 100 block of Midland, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of manufacture/delivery of 2.5-10 grams of cannabis, police said.

Lawrence Lowe, 59, of the 100 block of Eastern Avenue was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of retail theft under $300, according to jail records.

Stephen Murdoch, 43, of the 700 block of Oneida, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of driving 26-34 mph over the limit, using an electronic communication device while driving and violating local traffic law, according to jail records.

Adan Negrete-Garcia, 28, of the 100 block of Parks, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of driving/never issued a license and using an electronic communication device while driving, police said.


April 14

Michael Smith, 27, of the 500 block of Hickory, Joliet, was arrested by Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of possession of 15-100 grams of ecstasy, possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to jail records.

Bradley Homberg, 37, of the 1000 block of Brentwood, Joliet, was arrested by Channahon police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

James Johnson, 26, of the 600 block of Darcy, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of domestic battery and parole violation, police said.

Michael Severado, 19, of the 1000 block of Nowell, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, according to jail records.

April 13

Christopher Miranda, 31, of the 1000 block of Wilcox, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of aggravated domestic battery, according to jail records.
