Joliet Blotter: Arrests for DUI, Suspended License

Incidents reported by Will County Sheriff's police.

May 6

 Jacob A. Lopez,  19, of 702 Howard in Rockdale was cited for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and no seat belt at Washington Street and White Avenue, according to Will County Sheriff's police. Raymond Arnold, 23, of 306 Peale in Joliet was cited for illegal transportation of alcohol and Katlin Wacyra, 24, of 813 Stonegate Rd. in New Lenox was cited for failure to signal, police said.

Rafael Lopez, 43, of 1227 Brown Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's Police at Ridgewood and Thayer and charged with DUI, disobeying a stop sign, no valid license and speeding, police said.

May 8

Kevin W. Sterling, 21, of 24059 S. Burr Road in Channahon was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police at Bluff Road and Frontage Road West and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, disobeying a stop sign, improper lane usage and DUI.  Jessica Gonzalez, 21, of 593 N. Second Avenue in Coal City was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said.

May 9

Dione Doyle, 46, of 4237 Dearborn in Hammond, Indiana, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police at Briggs and Copperfield and charged with DUI, speeding, and driving while license suspended, police said.

May 12

Elias Cisneros-Barrera, 54, of 2 Keystone Court in Bolingbrook was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police at Bruce and Collins streets and charged with for disobeying a stop sign, improper turn signal, one headlight and DUI.
