Joliet Blotter: Aggravated DUI, Drugs, Battery

June 9

Sue Alexander, 30, of the 100 block of Bowen, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

June 8

Jesus Almazan, 40, of the 1400 block of Elgin Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of domestic battery and criminal trespassing, police said.

Miguel Guzman-Gutierrez, 29, of the 200 block of Algonquin, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on charges of aggravated DUI, DUI, driving 21-25 mph over the limit and driving/never issued license, police said.

Christopher M. Long, 26, of the 800 block of Washington Street, Joliet, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and charged with possession of 30-500 grams of cannabis, according to jail records.

June 7


Modesta Almazan, 24, of the 100 block of Amherst, Lockport, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the county jail on a charge of domestic battery, police said.

Robert Earl Johnson, 50, of the 700 block of Fourth Street, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and charged with driving on a suspended license and child restraint violation, police said.

Byron Davis, 29, of the 0-100 block of Blackman, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of damaging property, police said.

Simon Lopez, 35, of the 600 block of Francis, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, operating an uninsured vehicle, improper traffic lane use and DUI, according to jail records.

June 6

Lakeon Gibson, 23, of the 1000 block of Sterling, Joliet, was arrested by Bolingbrook police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of controlled substance trafficking an unlawful transportation of a stolen vehicle, according to jail records.
