Joliet Blotter: Aggravated Domestic Battery, DUI, Drug Charges

Rhonda Lu Foust, 55, of the 200 block of Criswell, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of theft, according to police.

Regina L. Guy, 37, of the 1000 block of Emerald Street in Elkhart, Indiana, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of retail theft, according to jail records.

Arturo Lopez, 22, of the 300 block of Krakar Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of controlled substance trafficking, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacture/delivery of cannabis, according to jail records.

Jeremy C. Vaughan, 39, of the 800 block of Glenwood, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, driving under the influence, operating an uninsured vehicle and resisting a peace officer, according to jail records.

Daniel J. Naroleski, 30, of the 2300 block of Woodhill, Plainfield, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of aggravated domestic battery, police said.
