Cops Catch Joliet Man With Nunchucks: Police

The Joliet man was also allegedly caught with marijuana.

A Joliet man got caught with nunchucks in his car, police said.

Marcos Hernandez, 29, of 824 Westwood Ave. also had some marijuana in the vehicle, police said.

The cops reportedly pulled Hernandez over shortly after 12:30 a.m. Wednesday on Ingalls Avenue near Edgerton Drive.

An officer smelled pot and spotted a bag of marijuana on the floor of the car, police said. He also reportedly noticed the nunchucks.

Hernandez was charged with possession of nunchaku and possession of cannabis.
