John Dale Ballenger, 51, 314 Schorie, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on July 11 on a charge of domestic battery.
James R. Donchez, 30, 3800 Fireside, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on July 11 on a fugitive warrant.
