She went home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2014. Preceded in death by both biological parents Bessie Mann and Ulysses Turner, adoptive parents Jack and Susie Moore and brothers; Aldean, Burell, and Douglas Veasy.
She leaves to cherish her memories daughters; Cynthia Henry and Jaclyn Allen, granddaughter; Ariel Snider, sister; Carol Patterson, and brother; Paul Veasy.
Services celebrating her life will be Sunday, February 16, 2014 beginning with visitation 3pm- 6pm. Homegoing 6pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 402 Singleton Place Joliet, IL Pastor David G. Latimore officiating. Internment Monday, February 17, 2014 10:00am at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Joliet, IL.
