Keyshaunna Lashay "Monte" Lucas
She confessed Christ at an early age. She was a student at Joliet Junior College and employed at Willow Home Care.
She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Keyshaunna was preceded in death by her cousin, Sharquece Baker; brother Keith Lucas Jr.; one uncle; and maternal and paternal grandparents.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her parents, Ronald and Sylvia Hanko (Walsh); her father, Keith Lucas Sr.; sisters Tamika Walsh and Bridgett Lucas; brothers Keith Lucas, Anthony Lucas and Demario Waddell; nieces Tanzania, Keiontae, Diamond and Kamilia; nephews Maki and Kamar; aunts Rosie (Johnny) Baker, Sarena (Keith) Walsh, Tambra Lindsey, Joyce Moore and Wilma (Joseph) Smith, all of Joliet, IL, and Detrich Walsh and Valerie Walsh, both of Kankakee, IL; uncles Robert Walsh, John (Rowena) Lindsey, Martin Moore, all of Joliet, and Anthony (Evelyn) Walsh of Holiday, Fla.; special friends Xavier Travis and Alan Ferguson; special cousins Iisha Dingle and Shaniqua Williams; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24, 2014, from 10 a.m. to noon at St. Paul M.B. Church, 1404 S. Briggs St., Joliet, IL. A service will be held at noon, with Pastor Edward Martin Jr. officiating. Interment following at Elmhurst Cemetery, Joliet, IL.
