This empty storefront, next to a Dominick's in a busy center begs the question - what makes businesses fail?
There are lots of reasons that businesses fail. And, we all know the stories of "cursed" locations, where no matter the business in that particular space, it seems to fail. But when a shopping plaza seems like a thriving place, where all of the storefronts are occupied and one is not, it seems to beg for the perfect solution.
