'Ghost Hunters' Return to Rialto

Nearly two years after investigating the theater, Syfy stars Jason Hawes and Steve Gonsalves will return on April 11.

In 2012, they called it the "holy grail" for paranormal investigators.

Now, stars of the Syfy channel's long-running hit, "Ghost Hunters," will return to the Rialto Square Theatre to give fans a behind-the-scenes look at seeking out spirits.

Stars Jason Hawes and Steve Gonsalves will be at the Rialto, 15 E. Van Buren St., at 8 p.m. Friday, April 11, to present "Ghost Hunters Live."

Tickets are on sale now, priced from $21 to $79.  For $79, fans get VIP access to a meet and greet.

Tickets are available at the Rialto box office, 102 N. Chicago St., or by calling  815-726-6600 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tickets are also available by calling 800-982-2787, through all Ticketmaster outlets or online at www.ticketmaster.com or www.rialtosquare.com.

A plumber by day and ghost hunter by night, "As leader of The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS), Jason has made it his life's mission to help anyone with questions pertaining to paranormal phenomena and ghost hunting. TAPS is a group of fairly ordinary people fearlessly working to understand seemingly unexplainable disturbances," according to a press release from the Rialto.

The "Ghost Hunters Live" show "will show you things you can’t see on TV and, at the end, is even accompanied by an interactive Q&A."
