This event for 9-to-18 year-olds will allow participants to learn how to compose themselves; what clothing is best for various body types; how to choose the correct colors for skin tones and hair colors; how to accessorize; skin care; how to apply make-up; how to style various types of hair; nail maintenance; and overcoming insecurities.
Attendees will also learn how to give themselves manicures. They will also receive a professional makeover from the program instructor.
The event, led by Kharisma Finishing School, will cost $50 per resident; $55 per non-resident. The class fee will include the professional makeover and supplies for manicures.
Registration is required by June 1 for the June event; by Aug. 12 for the August class; and by Oct. 25 for the November event.
