Will County Heroin Epidemic Forum is Saturday

Forum to address ways for community to come together to stem the tide of heroin abuse.

The 2014 Hero Helps Community Summit is slated for Saturday, May 17 at the Romeoville Athletic and Event Center in Romeoville, 55 Phelps Ave. in Romeoville. 

This year’s event will focus on how to stop heroin abuse by turning the tide through collaboration. On this third annual event, HERO (Heroin Epidemic Resource Organization) and Will County HELPS (Heroin Education Leads to Preventative Solutions) have joined with the DuPage Health Department to further the message of heroin prevention and treatment.
