Poor Guiness has had a rough life so far and can't seem to find a loving home despite being well-behaved, house-broken and easy to get along with. Here's what Joliet Township Animal Control had to say about her:

"Guiness is a 4 year old female beagle that gets along well with other animals and is house trained. She also knows basic obedience. Guiness was turned into us from a family that found her as a stray 2 years ago. When the owner was asked why she wanted to give her up at this point we were told "I never wanted her in the first place!" So at this point Guiness is tired of moving from home to home and is looking for a family that actually wants her and will be committed to loving her for the rest of her life. Guiness is a sweet and lovable girl that would make for a great family member! Her adoption fee is $75 which includes all of her vetting."

If you're interesting learning more about this sweet pooch, who likely wants nothing more than a permanent home, call 815-725-0333, email animalcontrol@joliettownship.net or go online at http://www.joliettownship.net/ animalcontrol.html. The animal control center is located at 2807 McDonough St., Joliet.
