Please Help Identify this Man - Joliet, IL 1948

Need help identifying this man from Joliet, IL 1948. Russ or Kielbasa?

I need the public’s help in identifying this man. This photo was taken June 1948 at 1315 Cora St. Joliet, IL at the home of the Surjan family (Slovak). This man “could” still be alive, but unlikely.

***Have been told this unknown man may be “Albert Russ” from the Joliet/Crest Hill area. Or maybe “Charles Kielbasa” from Joliet. Can anyone out there confirm that??? Also a possibility that the woman on the far left is a “sister to Tony Russ.” Any help?***
