Mayor of Joliet wanting to outsource the committees job of "strategic planning" of the budget ??? I have a couple of questions for the Mayor..., 1) What EXACTLY is the job of the committee and yourself, if you require SOMEONE ELSE to plan the strategy of the budget ??? 2) How in the world, did you come up with the $247,000 amount ??? NOT $240,000..., NOT $250,000..., BUT $247 !!!!!
