Sources say TeleCab in Lockport has hired a new driver for Will County... Christopher Foster....Who has been to prison on several occasions even our local jail for: Manu/Del of Cocaine Class X Felony, Armed Robbery in Cook County X Felony and recently here in Joliet: And you just did a story on him back in June 2013 for: AGGRAVATED DOMESTIC BATTERY, TEMPORARY HOLD, AMIDOC HOLD, AND March 2013 for CRIM DAMAGE TO PROPERTY How safe are we even getting in a cab here? Do they realize who they have hired to drive our citizens around?
