According to the economists at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) , the year 2013 may be another banner year for home sales. I'm seeing an increase in activity earlier than usual and that is always a good sign that we will have a strong spring market. The low interest rates along with historic low home prices mean big gains for homebuyers AND with more first time buyers ready to take the plunge into home ownership 2013 may just surpass 2012, which proved to be the best year for home sales over the last 5 years.
