So you're at the tattoo parlor and you have to make a decision: Do I go with the neck tattoo or do I get it put on my face?
It's a question of taste—the subtle neck tattoo creeping up from the collar of one's shirt, or the bold forehead or face tattoo screaming to the world, "I'm a winner!"

I just don't understand anyone getting a tattoo anywhere. Get a lick and stick - much more fun to apply and change the picture often.

Tattoos are a part of human culture.Like hair styles,having a tatoo can make you look like a criminal to some people..but let's say no one knew these guys were in jail...You would never be able to tell the difference between these guys and military service members who faught for our country,no one knows if any of them have in these photos, everyone makes dumb decisions...
