Yep this is what I was talking about..this man only pays $2000 to walk..and a man who got busted with weed got $150,000 bail and 2 years in prison...if his ole lady don't show up he will walk free.Reality is you can almost bet as with most she will not show up..they share a house..means rent,bills...or ya pack up and go live with family...Not many do this..state can pick up the charges and yeah a fine,some community service maybe...but hard with no victim and witness to tell the judge...

Wow my ex wife was arrested three time for Domestic battery against me because I wouldn't hit her...Every time she got off Will county states attorneys or the judges don't punish woman like they do the men its such a double standard and a shame..This poor bastard is gonna get a year in prison easy..

Jax I have to disagree with you on all of your "points" there.I myself have been arrested on domestic battery charges and without the "victim" showing up still got $2000.00 in fines 26 weeks anger management courses at an additional $20.00 per visit and still had to do status check ins and pay the court costs to boot.As far as saying this guy is basically getting it stuck to him what part of dragging his pregnant girlfriend out of the car by her hair and punching her don't you get?He deserves more than a year and I hope she dumps his sorry tail too!

I work with him n i was there at the benefit for a recently passed friend where it all started. And for all of you who like to assume you know what happened he did go after the guy first who is also a friend of mine but i got in the middle n reassured him that it wasn't what it ,looked like he was just drunk and misinterpreted the situation. They weren't talking about anything bad but to Simon it looked differently from afar. She's pregnant with twins and about to pop she's not going to be looking to talk to other guys like that let alone in the same room as the father of her baby's. I'm not condoning what he did & he was def wrong in how he handled things but lets not all assume we know the entire story Or what the motives were or even what happened after the benefit/party. Like i said i don't think what he did was right just thought I'd add what parts they left out of this article

I knew a guy who was a felon and he try to change his life around. he got hired at a job and worked hard for about 6 or 7 months at a temporary service once he tried to get hired on to the company they did a background check his last crime was about 10 years ago they fired him. he searched for work. meanwhile he had bills and mouths to feed. he went back to selling dope and now he is in prison as we speak.
