Police Blotter: Drunken Driving, Firearm, Battery and Drug Charges

Arrests made by the Joliet Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.

 

Thomas Roy Leonhardt, 20, 4 Seeser, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 21 on charges of harassment by phone, possession of a firearm with a revoked FOID card and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brian L. Andrews, 50, 308 S. Parks, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 21 on a violation of an order of protection.

Deandre A. Samuels, 27, 2600 Black Road, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 21 on charges of possession of other amount of narcotic schedule I and II and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

Gregory Washington, 53, 506 Lehman, Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 21 on charges of felon possession of a weapon, defacing a firearm's ID markings and possession of a firearm without an FOID card.

Michael S. James, 22, 238 Seabury, Bolingbrook, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 23 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, blood alcohol over .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding, no seat belt, disregarding a stop sign, failure to notify the Illinois Secretary of State of an address change and failure to reduce speed.

Jessie Marie Jeffries, 30, 513 W. Bellarmine Drive, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 24 on charges of aggravated domestic battery and aggravated assault.

Marisa L. Nations, 23, 1505 S. Chicago St., Joliet, arrested by the Will County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 24 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, blood alcohol content over .08, improper traffic lane usage and failure to reduce speed.

Fredy Fernondo Sobron-Lopez, 32, 211 Herkimer, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Feb. 24 on charges of driving under the influence, driving while license revoked, battery, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, resisting/obstructing a peace officer and disregarding a stop sign.

JPD and Plainfield PD need to investin soem new cameras. These cameras make everyone look ugly.
