Broadway, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Jan. 1 on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, blood alcohol over .08, no driver's license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to drive on the right side of the road and failure to reduce speed.

Alexander B. Frazier, 29, 201 Bradford Road, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Jan. 1 on charges of felon in possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm without a valid FOID card, manufacture/delivery of 10 to 30 grams of cannabis and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

Jemuel M. Westbrooks, 19, 707 Wilcox, Joliet, arrested by the Joliet Police Department and booked into the Will County jail on Jan. 1 on a charge of aggravated discharge of a firearm.
