Free Burger/Fries for Military Vets at The Deparment
The deal will be open all day Sunday, which is Veterans Day, for anyone who presents a military ID.

Attention, military vets: This one's for you.
On Sunday, which is Veterans Day, The Department Restaurant and Liquor Lounge will give a free burger and fries meal to any past or present member of the armed forces who presents a miliary ID.
There are a just a couple of provisos: Only one free meal per talbe and no combining of the deal with othr offers or discounts.
“We wanted to honor our vets, and giving them a great meal in a relaxing atmosphere seems like a great way to say thank you,” The Department owner Hallie Brenczewski said in a news release.
The Department is located at 205 N. Chicago St. and opens at 11 a.m. Sunday.
