Yep, I'd have to say the judge sure is keeping a lot of powerful information out of this trial in favor of the defendant. Just like it was at the time of Kathleen's untimely and mysterious death. Statements made to LE weren't included in their reports, interviews they said they had but didn't, phone records they led the Coroner's Panel to believe had been subpoenaed but weren't.

One thing I have to say about this judge, though, putting aside his puzzling rulings, is he sounds like a hot-headed, raging man. Sounds like he has moments of screaming and yelling over things he later thinks over and reverses himself on. Like he did the other day with his fit of anger over the prosecutor's question to Pontarelli, which he later backtracked on. First he said it was an intentional low-blow, then he said he knows the prosecutor didn't do it intentionally to trigger a mistrial.

But Karma is a funny thing. Yesterday, defense attorney Lopez let slip in a hearsay statement that wasn't supposed to be allowed in. Huh. If the prosecution had done it, we'd all be reading about another mistrial motion. Greenberg would have been SCREAMING! Since the defense did it, there's nothing to do but sit back and think about yet another stupid move on the part of that team. Brodsky went on camera the other day apologizing for their callous remarks about the victims. Bettcha their offices got tons of phone calls from angry onlookers about their behavior! :-)

Watchful eye put on he robe and show us how it's done and what proper court decorum is.

Look at the Blagovich trial, the Federal judge yelled at defense attorneys and wouldn't allow key evidence too.
